3. Processing, Mapping, and Output Responsibility

Any outputs generated through Datathere public tools, models, examples, previews, or non hosted features are provided solely for exploratory use. Datathere does not warrant or verify the accuracy, completeness, correctness, or suitability of:

• Mapping suggestions
• Field relationships
• Transformations
• Conditional logic
• Validation messages
• Data quality indicators
• Proposed fixes
• Any other AI generated or system generated output

All outputs must be reviewed, validated, and confirmed by the submitter.
Datathere is not responsible for:

• Incorrect mappings
• Incorrect transformation logic
• Misinterpretation of data relationships
• Loss, corruption, or alteration of submitted information
• Errors produced by AI systems
• Consequences of relying on any system output

All responsibility for verification and correctness rests with the submitter.

4. Data Handling by Datathere

Datathere does not accept responsibility for:

• Warranties of correctness of mappings or transformations

• Warranties of non infringement
• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties related to security, privacy, or confidentiality
• Warranties that outputs will meet operational, legal, or compliance requirements
• Warranties that errors will be corrected
