Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 2026
This privacy policy applies to the datathere marketing website (datathere.com). It does not apply to the datathere application platform, which is governed by separate terms.
1. Information We Collect
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location. This data is collected through cookies and is processed by Google. Google Analytics only loads after you accept our cookie banner. If you reject it, no Google Analytics cookies are set.
Vercel Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to collect privacy-friendly, aggregated website traffic data. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and collects anonymized data including page views, referrers, browser, operating system, device type, and country. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Vercel Speed Insights. We use Vercel Speed Insights to measure website performance metrics such as page load times, time to first byte, and core web vitals. This data helps us improve website performance. Speed Insights does not collect personally identifiable information.
Form submissions. If you submit a form on this website (powered by Tally), we collect the information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, and company name.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use analytics data to understand site traffic, identify which pages are most useful, and improve the website experience.
We use form submission data to respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about datathere.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
3. Cookies
We group cookies into two categories. Strictly necessary covers the single cookie we use to remember your consent choice — this cannot be disabled. Analytics covers Google Analytics 4, which is off by default.
If you are visiting from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will see a cookie banner the first time you load the site. The banner offers "Accept all", "Reject all", and "Manage preferences" with equal visual weight. Nothing in the Analytics category loads until you accept it; if you reject or close the banner without acting, Google Analytics is never loaded.
Outside that region, no banner is shown and analytics is enabled by default because no consent is legally required. You can still disable analytics at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out: no banner is shown and Analytics stays off across all regions.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser in a cookie named cc_datathere for 182 days. You can change it at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights do not use cookies and are designed to be privacy-friendly. They run regardless of your cookie choice.

5. Data Retention
Google Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings.
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights data is retained according to Vercel's data retention policies.
Form submission data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the business purpose for which it was collected.
6. Your Rights
